July Happenings

I can't believe it is the first week in August! My birthday month so of course I love it!:) June went by so slow and July seemed to fly by. We have a lot in July. Hailee's birthday was the 10th and it seemed like we celebrated it for 2 weeks. She had a friend party and a big family party at my parents. She loved blowing out her candles and opening way too many presents. I had to spend a day last week organizing and getting rid of toys to make room for the new toys. We went to my parents to celebrate and of course swam and had tons of fun!
Our anniversary was the 12th. Happy 5 years to us! I am so lucky to be married to Tyler and have such a great life! I can't believe we have 2 kids!
Cohen is getting so big! He is smiling and cooing. He is such a good boy. He only wakes up once a night and sleeps in his crib in his room. I had ot put him there from day one because I cannot sleep in the same room as him! He is too loud! He is also going down for naps in there now and is getting better at going to sleep on his own as well. He does think he is starving all the time though.
Hailee is still adjusting and is having some issues. She has been having tantrums. She really never has. At least they are short lived and can be calmed easily! But it is slowly getting better. Today was my first day back at work and it was a little hard. I was in the infant room with Cohen and she wanted in there and was not allowed. I think it will just take some adjusting. And her friends are gone this week. At least her 2 favorite friends.
I feel like I have adjusted to 2 more easily than I did to one! Maybe because I was already used to caring for someone else. But I have been lots of places with them by myself and have done fine. Luckily they are both easy to take places for the most part. I was 6 weeks on Sunday so I started working out on Monday. I did my normal step class and about died! I ran on Tuesday and realized I need to buy a better bra! Yuck! But I am so excited to get back to my normal body, whatever that is.
