Mother's Day

Hailee was actually at Grandma's for Mother's Day. She was gone for the weekend for a visit, and it just happened that she was gone yesterday. I did miss her though, but it was a nice break as well. I have been so tired lately, probably because I am 20 months pregnant at the moment! :)

Tyler still didn't forget about me even though Hailee was gone. He made me French Toast for breakfast, steak for dinner along with homemade Strawberry Shortcake. Yum. Also a card with a clipped toenail that he said I could use to redeem a free pedicure! Gross, huh? I wonder what people think that read my blog, that don't know us or our humor? :)

I got Hailee back just in time for swim lessons. She has no fear, and toward the end of class she escaped a few times and I had to jump in the hot tub to retrieve her as she had fallen off the step and was stuggling at the top. Luckily it was only about 5 seconds that felt like 5 minutes! I am glad I stayed to keep an eye on her, because obviously her teacher was not. We will see how Wednesday goes. I know she should stay with her teacher, but she also isn't even 3 yet and thinks she can swim. It was kinda scary. And there was only 1 other little boy in her class, and his mom was not happy either! I am just thankful I was paying attention.
