Cinnamon Rolls

Tyler's mom gave me this recipe and I make them every conference weekend. Tonight I am teaching the YW how to make them and thought that I would post the recipe. I love them and it will be SO hard not to eat one or two!:)

Combine:
½ cup warm water
4 tsp yeast
2 T. Sugar
In a separate LARGE bowl combine:
1 small box vanilla instant pudding: make as directed on box and add:
¼ cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
Add to Yeast Mixture and then add 8 cups flour.
Knead and let rise. After it has risen roll out and add filling.
Filling:
¼ cup melted butter
4 cups brown sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
Roll dough into tubes and cut into cinnamon rolls and let rise again. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Frosting: (frost while hot)
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
1 T. Milk. (may need a bit more!)

Just the other day Steve were talking about making cinnamon rolls. I should have made them before WW. (Down 3 lbs last week! The first week is always the easiest.)
